Refund Policy

BuyMyCardsPlz LLC wants customers to feel confident when purchasing trading cards, graded cards, sealed collectibles, and related products from our online store.

BuyMyCardsPlz LLC is an online-only business based in San Antonio, Texas, United States. We do not operate a public retail storefront and do not offer in-person shopping, pickup, returns, exchanges, or customer visits.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received. Items must be unused, unopened if sold sealed, and include all original packaging, labels, cases, certificates, authentication labels, and accessories, if applicable.

Trading Cards and Collectibles

For raw trading cards, returned items must match the exact item originally shipped and must be returned in the same condition.

For graded trading cards, the card must be returned in the original sealed grading holder with the same certification number, label, grade, and holder condition.

For sealed trading card products, the product must remain sealed and unopened to be eligible for a standard return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the product description:

Opened sealed trading card products
Opened mystery packs, repacks, or randomized card lots
Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling, storage, or misuse
Items missing original packaging, labels, slabs, certificates, or included accessories
Digital products or downloadable products, if offered

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order is damaged, incorrect, missing items, or materially different from the product description.

Please include your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

If we confirm that the item was damaged in transit, incorrect, missing, or materially different from the listing, we will offer a replacement if available, a refund, or another reasonable resolution.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our error, an incorrect item, or an item that arrived damaged, BuyMyCardsPlz LLC will provide a return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Returns must be shipped back by mail. We do not accept in-person returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, an incorrect item, or an item that arrived damaged.

We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges because many collectibles are unique, limited in quantity, or individually listed. If a replacement is available, we may offer an exchange.
