BuyMyCardsPlz LLC ships trading cards, graded cards, sealed collectibles, and related products to customers in the United States.
BuyMyCardsPlz LLC is an online-only business based in San Antonio, Texas, United States. We do not operate a public retail storefront and do not offer in-person shopping, pickup, returns, exchanges, or customer visits.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping through our website.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
Available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping service selected, destination, carrier delays, holidays, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Typical delivery estimates after shipment:
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited shipping, if available: 2–4 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless the selected carrier service specifically provides a guaranteed delivery date.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is placed.
Any free shipping promotions, if offered, will be clearly shown at checkout.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order ships.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
BuyMyCardsPlz LLC is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may offer to reship the order after the customer pays any applicable reshipping cost.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Carrier delays may occur and are outside our direct control.

For damaged packages, please include photos of the packaging and item condition.
Order Packaging
We package items carefully based on item type. Trading cards, graded cards, sealed products, and collectibles may be shipped using protective sleeves, top loaders, team bags, bubble mailers, rigid mailers, boxes, padding, or other protective packaging as appropriate.
No Local Pickup
We do not offer local pickup, in-person shopping, or customer visits. All orders must be placed online and shipped to the customer.
