Product descriptions are intended to accurately describe the item being sold. For collectibles, condition is based on our reasonable assessment, product photos, grading company labels where applicable, manufacturer packaging, and available product information.

For graded cards, the grading company, grade, and certification number may be included when available. Buyers are responsible for reviewing the product title, description, photos, condition, price, and shipping details before purchasing.

Product Photos and Condition

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product photos and descriptions.

For raw cards, condition may vary based on normal collectible card grading standards and the specific item listed.

For graded cards, the grade is assigned by the grading company shown on the slab or label. BuyMyCardsPlz LLC does not guarantee that another grading company or buyer will assign the same grade or value.

For sealed products, packaging condition will be described when relevant. Minor manufacturer or distribution wear may exist unless otherwise stated.

Pricing and Availability

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars.

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted and processed. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, listed with an error, affected by a pricing mistake, affected by an inventory mistake, or suspected of fraud.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, change pricing, or discontinue products at any time.

Orders and Payment

Randomized or Mystery Products

If mystery packs, repacks, randomized lots, or similar products are offered, the product page will describe the general product type and what the customer should expect to receive.

Because these products may be randomized, customers should review the product description carefully before purchasing.

Opened mystery packs, repacks, or randomized card lots are not eligible for standard returns unless the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the product description.
